How does the service work?
We invite everyone to visit us in the studio for a free photo shoot that lasts one hour, from there, we process your best images through Photoshop and put together a slideshow that we then invite you to come back and view one week later.
Why do you take a deposit?
We operate a 100% refundable deposit to ensure our studio is fully booked and to keep our costs down. We are very flexible and can rearrange appointments with up to 24 hours notice.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. The deposit is 100% refundable at your viewing. In the highly unlikely event you aren’t 100% satisfied your deposit will be refunded. Alternatively you can then use that deposit towards any purchase with Andrew Wood Photography.
Is the photo shoot really free?
Yes. The photo shoot is 100% free of charge. You are under no obligation, at your viewing, to purchase any of your images. There is absolutely no purchase necessary!
What should I bring with me to the photo shoot?
We always suggest that you bring any items that you feel will benefit your photo shoot. For babies and children a couple of different outfit changes, we recommend hoodies, hats and headbands are best along with any favourite toys to help them relax during their photo shoot.
What clothing is best for a photo shoot?
Whatever you feel comfortable in. We would advise that the brighter the better! We use a white background for a significant part of each photo session and we think that bright and vibrant clothing works well with this giving the images more impact.
Do you offer credit?
Yes. We use Ezipay for all our customers who require credit on their purchases. Ezipay offer 0% credit over 12 months and this is available on all of our products. All credit agreements are subject to approval from Ezipay.
What packages/deals do you offer?
Our special offers/deal/packages are seasonal and change throughout the year. Take a look at our Special Offers Page for more details. Alternatively you can use the call back request form on the bottom right of each page to ask or to call you and finally, if you want to you can subscribe to our newsletter which will keep you updated of future promotions and special offers.
I've attended my viewing and signed an order form, can I change my mind?
We offer very competitive prices across our product range and we never give a hard sell. When you place an order with Andrew Wood Photography and sign the order form, you are entering into a legally binding contract. It is not possible to amend your order once the agreement is signed. As the sale is unsolicited and not over the internet or via mail order, no cooling off period is required. We place orders for the products you agree to buy a soon after your viewing as possible in order to get the products supplied back to us in good time. We cannot change orders once they are placed.
